#DHU Twinnings' workshop ➡ CogniLearn: Insights from the ReMember-Me Training Workshops 🌐 CogniLearn, a collaborative project between Greece and Cyprus, focuses on addressing cognitive decline by implementing the innovative ReMember-Me system. In March, AgeCare Cyprus hosted two workshops focusing on #RemoteCare management. Representatives from Oikanos in Crete participated and explored the potential of the ReMemberMe system for enhancing care practices. 🎯 The workshops focused on equipping participants with skills to utilize the ReMember-Me system in care practices, emphasizing #digitalhealth and innovative remote care approaches.
